Our factory is located in Petropolis, a lovely suburb of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. We have a great team of machinist with many years of experience in the swimwear industry. Their expertise enables our team to achieve very high quality swimwear. We utilize the latest technology, design, pattern making, cutting and garment assembly.

We are proud to be 100% ''Brazilian Made'', and our working team enjoys a high standard of pay and conditions.

¤ OUR QUALITY

Here in B BRASIL we take pride in manufacturing high quality garments. We take our quality control very seriously. However in the unlikely event of receiving a faulty garment, please contact us and we will arrange for a prompt exchange or refund.

¤ FABRIC AND ACCESSORIES

In our range of swimwear, we use matt lycra, bright lycra and microfiber. Our main fabric supplier is based in Brazil.

We use high quality fabric. Our white lycra is made in San Paolo utilizing new technology. The result is that it is NOT SEE THROUGH.
So now you can show your beautiful tan in a white bikini without having to worry about showing more than you want to.

All our light coloured swimwear is double lined. Accessories used in all ranges have been tested in salt water and chlorine. We use non rusting aluminium, safe plastics and stainless steel threads to fix our ornaments.

We use a polyester correspond thread, a specialised thread for swimwear. It is our endeavour to represent the true colour of each garment however individual monitor settings may cause some slight shade variations beyond our control.

¤ SIZES AND STYLES

B BRASIL is well known for being a brazilian swimwear manufacturer, however we understand that a lot of people cannot wear this cut so we provide two styles of brief cut:

• Brazilian cut
• European cut

All our briefs are available in wither the Brazilian or European cut.

¤ SIDE ACCESSORIES

The sides of the bikini has different accessories according to the style. They could be wide bindings, silicone straps, embroideries or also hand made costume jewellery made by natural ornaments such as stones, straw, wood or glass.

¤ HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR BIKINI

To maximise the life of your swimwear you need to adhere to the following care instructions:

1. suntan lotion, suntan oils, chlorine from swimming pools and chemicals will damage your swimwear. DAND WASH your bikini in cold water and mild soap (do not use washing soap) after each use. Drip dry in the shade.
2. do not iron, soak, boil, bleach, dry clean, pack away or leave rolled while wet.

Follow these steps and enjoy your swimwear.

¤ PACKAGING

A reusable plastic bag is included with every bikini, which can be taken to the beach or poll. Or you can use the bag for your suntan oil or lotions so they don't mix with other items in your beach bag.
